hi everyone.just joined the site and it looks good,ppl look really helpful.iv got a few different questions that il post another time.what im trying to find out is whether someone who has declared themselves bankrupt,then if they claim dla can this money be took from it towards the bankruptcy?phoned cba and they couldnt give me a definite answer.also tried looking around the web but cant find much either.its for my mum and dont wanna put a claim in for her just for them to take a portion of it.thanks if anyone can help

I am afraid that we are unable to answer questions about issues surrounding bacnkruptcy.
Your friend needs to get face to face advice from an advisor trained in this area, their local CAB have extensicve experience in this area.

I think that issues regarding bankrupcy are probably beyond the knowledge and experience of most (if not all) of the moderators here. You really need to get expert advice for your mother.
