I am shaking from head to foot I have just learnt that I have failed my second medical and placed in LCW WRAG AGAIN.I got 15 points at my last medical and they cant tell me how many I got this time , have sent for report. I have an appeal pending for first medical. I have letter of apology and cheque for £50 For the way they have mishandled my case. I am soooo stressed out with DWP, I feel I should be in the support group but am contribution based and so they wont do that. Its based on financial decision not health condition.
Im fed up and its hard to keep going.
Sorry for rant, just feel you out there understand the frustration where nobody else does

It seems to be a common theme at the moment to assume being placed in the WRAG is a failure, but it's not, so congratulations on not being found Fit for Work.

Im confused if you feel you are unable to work,if you worked for 34 years so not work shy, if you tried to committ suicide when your last job became too much for whatever reason, How can it be good to be in the WRAG and have your benefits stopped because of 365 day rule mine stop on 1st AUG.
Am I missing something?

At least being put into the WRAG is not the same as being found fit for work, it means that one has been officially classed as unfit for work. It also keeps open he possibility of accessing the Support Group at some time in the future if ones condition warrants it.
