Thank you Aladinsane for your kind words im totally gutted and completely confused how they came to this decision, i still have,nt had written conformation thought it may come in todays post, i have put a few notes down ready to start an appeal.

I have heard of people going from zero points to Support Group on appeal, so don't give up hope.

Thank you Mrs H, i won,t give up as iv,e nothing to loose by appealing, apart from this now questioning my HRM DLA award which incidently was a lifelime award now down to indefinate award which i recieved mid May of this year, just a thought would a copy of this help if i included one when i send appeal form in .

Thre is no harm in including the DLA report as long as it doesn't say anything that is at odds with what you have said regarding your ESA. However, even where the descriptors are similar, the DLA is 'softer' than ESA, so it might not be as helpful as you hope.
