You have received a standard letter, the date in November is for admin purposes and appears on everybodies copy, it does not reflect any re-assessment date except by co-incidence. See

How often will I be reviewed

With regard to you claiming ESA(IR) as a top up. The following link is to a benefits calculator, which should give you an idea, but I would recommend you get face to face advice before making a decision.

Where to get advice?

So basically Gordon the November date means nothing and ESA CB will be (up to) 365 days - even though I have not been given a date - but I can be called upon at any time during then for another form filling exercise and/or medical?

I have already received my interview with adviser for end of the month and will go as I should despite the severe discomfort and pain in that alone, and wait to hear what they say............

I don't have a good enough rapport with my GP's (which unfortunately in our 'teaching practise' have been changing every 6 months for the last 5 years and therefore no continuity with any of them); to ask for a letter stating I should be exempt from this interview but wish I did as I am absolutely dreading this.

Do you think I'm going along the correct lines with my appeal decision as whilst I fully appreciate you cannot advise on a particular case is the route of asking DWP for last medical notes from DWP and what my point score was on my last ESA50 is the correct way?

Right must sign off as hands killing me now and I look forward to your reply.
