Also, I think I've already filled that form in, then it took ages To get about 100 pages through saying in general that they reconsidered but not revised my appeal and now I'm just waiting for my tribunal.

The decision on whether to continue with reconsideration or go straight for appeal has to be made by you.

Ok, I'll do that on Monday, they take forever to get anything sorted out.

Thanks for your advice :) I'm just gonna go withdraw it and go straight to appeal if you think I'll stand a better chance.
