The ESA review/re-assessment? was created by umbra
Hi, Thanks for all the useful info on this site, was a great help for me filling out my first ESA50 (Bipolar disfunction - placed in WRAG type group with 2yr prognosis, no medical).

However, I now have a direct question regarding my first review, I hope someone will help. The ESA50 has arrived - I only found out why through this site.

Its the same form, if nothing has changed should I simply state "no change of circumstances". Or, what if I copy the same information from my original form? Do I need to obtain the supporting evidence again?

For info: time from decision to re-assessment approx 8 months.

George Orwell knew his stuff...

Whilst your assessors may have access to your previous ESA50, they are under no obligation to review it, so you must complete this new form in detail.

If your circumstances have not changed, then you can copy your previous responses onto this new form, but be aware that the DWP may consider whether you have adapted to your condition over the last 8 months.

Also, if you do not have up to date evidence, you need to show that your condition has not changed, or has worsened since your last assessment.

Good luck
