They have already given me 2 medicals when many people have never had to go to one.
At both those medicals I had exactly the same conditions which is shown on my previous forms if they check them and compare them fairly with the ESA50 form. And their doctors declared me incapable of working at both o0f them.
I still have exactly the same conditions as on previous forms and as at those previous medicals where I was said to be incapable of working by two of their (separate) doctors.
Except now those exactly the same conditions are worse which is the opinion of several medical people on my side.
So what reason would the DWP still have to force me to go to medical ?
I'm sorry to hear that you have been "invited" to attend another WCA assessment.
I doubt I can offer any reason that will satisfy your request to know why.
- It may well have been a different ATOS "doctor" that looked at it. - was your evidence up to date? - they may not have looked at any previous assessment. - maybe your evidence does not appear compelling.
I could probably come up with a dozen other reasons, each of which is a likely or unlikely to be the reason.
I am afraid you are looking for consistency and sense where experience shows that there is neither.
