See page 9 of the DWP impact assessment below (Oct 11). As far as I know these sanctions are in the pipeline - I'm not aware of them being enforced yet.

Thanks again bro58, have looked at the sites you recommended and it looks like the jobcentre could have done my interview over the phone or home visit, even though they told me for the 1st interview it was not allowed, and threatened sanctions that dont seem to exsist.
So fed up of it all.

Someone on another site claims to have lost their whole ESA as sanction for failing justone WFI.I do hope that this is not the case
