Just to add to Mrs H's post.
The 365 day limit still applies when appealing a Decision, so if your ESA(CB) has been time limited, or your reach the limit while waiting for an appeal to be heard, both the Assessment rate and the WRAG rate will be stopped, unless you are also eligible for Income Related ESA, however, you will receive appropriate back dated payments if placed in the Support Group.

Can i ask you all why iv,e lost out on 4 days payment when i get the backdated money, as the letter states i will get paid from the 7th August assessment rate every 2 weeks, my last IB payment was 3rd August and i thought Ib was paid in arrears, iv,e sent everything to them in good time so that can,t be the reason.
