Hello
I am currently on DLA lower rate with regards to my bi polar.
If I want to go back to work say just 6 hours a week.Do I need to notify them. Tried looking for info regarding this not getting anywhere.
Could you please advise

You don't say whether you are receiving DLA Lower Rate Care or Mobility?
As DLA is not effected by whether you work or not, starting or stopping work is not usually classed as a Change of Circumstances.
However, if your starting work conflicts with your stated limitation then you may need to notify the DWP. For example, if you are receiving Lower Rate Mobility, that is normally awarded for being unable to go to places you do not know or being unable to do so without someone you know being with you, then your working may well conflict with this.
