hi all , had an atos medical (again at dwp request)in june, eventually i received a letter from dwp saying as wife works part time i would not get any payment.this was same as before medical.i phoned dwp and was told i had been put in wrag , i asked for that to be put in writting and a copy of atos medical report. time passed so i wrote requesting the same. nothing. on a recent visit to doc he told me they had a note i had been put in wrag.point is i wanted to appeal been put in wrag as im sure it should be support group.phoned again today to be told that because my wife works part time i am not in any group. so if im not in any group i cannot appeal to be put in support group. feel like my hed is going to explode. any ideas..........

It sounds like your ESA(CB) has been time limited and that you are not eligible for ESA(IR) because your wife works to many hours.

It is only your payments that have been stopped, you are still in the WRAG and eligible for ESA, so you are perfectly entitled to make an appeal to be placed in the Support Group if you believe that you meet the necessary criteria.
