false statement as i was not contacted .

Hi , i am in the process of appealing my decision to refuse me ESA . I have received all the information that i asked for and noticed that in section 4 :Facts of the case it states that i was "contacted by phone to explain what evidence was available to the decision maker and what the likely outcome of the decision would be . She was also asked for any further information she wished to be considered before the decision was made ".
This conversation never took place and i was not contacted by phone prior to the decision being made .
What can i do about this blatantly false statement ?

If i were you i would contact DWP in the first instance and insisit upon speaking to the manager. Let them explain how this so called conversation took place!!!

I would also take this one step further by stating "i hope this conversation is being recorded, as i have made a note of the time and date, should one have to refer back to this" Hopefully this should ring "Alarm Bells" and you can get down to the bottom of this.

Furthermore, don't forget to get their name.
