Please create a new topic in the forum rather than replying to an existing one, especially when it is from a Moderator posting on a general topic.
The first draft of the PIP criteria, earlier in the year, included guidance notes that suggested that pain and pain and discomfort should be considered with regard in regard to the descriptors, however, I have not seen these notes on any of the newer documents.
When I have more time I will go through the latest documents, or, you could do this yourself, all of the latest PIP information is in the SpotLight area at the to of the forum.
