Possibility of Completing ESA50 Forms in Advance

My next ESA review is due within 2 months and I was wondering if it might be a good idea to get hold of a blank ESA50 form to begin completing it gradually in stages and avoid the manic rush once ATOS sends it out.
Could anyone say whether this is sensible and whether if I rang DWP they would send me a copy?
I last completed this form in October 2011 so I don't know if the format of ESA50 has changed between then and now. Is this likely?
I don't have print access so I can't download a pdf file online and print off, so I am dependant on DWP.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks
A

Hi A,

As you cannot use the PDF ESA50, please take information in this previous topic thread into consideration, with respect to obtaining and filling in a paper ESA50 in advance :
