ESA reassessment Voluntary work as detrimental

I am currently in receipt of ESA (Support Group) after successful appeal etc. My review date is 27th Feb 2013 and need to have the most complex form ever introduced by the DWP returned by the 29th January 2013.

Thing is I've been able to enage in some voluntary work a few hours a week. Does anyone know or have experienced that this is perceived as detrimental to their reassessment by ATOS/DWP and considered fit for full time work?

There are two issues here-

Firstly, you need to declare your voluntary work to DWP as, under certain conditions, this has to be asessed under the 'permitted work' rules, even though you are not being paid

Permitted Work

Secondly, you must be sure that the voluntary work does not clash with the limitations that you have declared on your ESA50. You are right in thinking that DWP will look carefully at what you are doing.
