Hi Would be grateful if somebody could direct me to the link that reveals all of the current Descriptors and how many points each one is given for the esa questionnaire. Looked everywhere and I'm so confused with all the descriptors and how they assess them.

They are detailed in the ESA Claim guides in the Members area, if you want them all together then page 17 onwards of the Understanding ESA guide.
