ESA WRAG decision: Appeal before the law changes?

I thought you could appeal only against a Decision on a Decision Notice? And that, once on ESA, being sent another ESA50 with/without a ftf was to check if anything had changed, not a re-assessment that leads to the issuing of a decsion notice if nothing has changed?

I am afraid this is not the case, each re-assessment is exactly that, a re-assessment of the claimants award, which will result in a new Decision that they are Fit for Work, they are eligible for the WRAG, or for the Support Group. This new Decision supercedes any previous Decision on the claim, and is capable of appeal.

You will have to forgive me but I am not sure what your intent was with regard to the second part of your post, if it was other than for information.
