Advice needed

I am currently in the wrag group and i am considering appealing to support, i have asked the dwp for information they used in putting me in this group ( feb 13) and i nor my reprasentitive have had any word back from them ,they have a note of this info been asked for but they still haven,t sent it ..any advice on this would be appreciated

Hi Bb,

If you have made a Subject Access Request for personal information under The Data Protection Act 1998, the DWP are supposed to comply within 40 calendar days.

If they have not, you could remind them with a threat of a complaint to ICO.

Or you could complain to ICO in the first instance.
