There are support Group descriptors linked to questions 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17.

I finally completed and posted my ESA50 on Monday. On Tuesday I 'tracked and traced' it. It was apparently received at 4.45am on Tuesday morning! Who would have received it ATOS or Royal Mail? I can't see it being ATOS because I wouldn't think they were open at that time and I don't think Royal Mail deliver at that time. If it was Royal Mail that signed it would they have opened it too as I wrote in big red writing 'PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL' and underlined it?

I am not aware of any list in the public domain as to which ATOS mail drops are staffed by ATOS and which by the Royal Mail, however, if it is Royal Mail then they are contracted to open the envelopes and prepare them for processing by ATOS staff, they are under the same bond of confidentiality as ATOS, in fact I believe the Royal Mail staff may well be held to higher level of confidentiality than ATOS.
