Hi, just got appeal in my favor and they have put me in activity group
Can i appeal now to go into support group now but will they stop my benefit and put me on assessment benefit again with my health i think i be in support group

Hi, rkg,

You can only appeal a First Tier Tribunal decision to The Upper Tier, if there has been an "Error in Law"

You would need to obtain professional advice on this.

Your first step, would be request a Written Statement of Reasons from the Tribunal, this must be done within one month of their decision.

As the Tribunal have placed you into The WRAG, then you would continue to receive The WRAG rate if appealing to The UT.

Once you request the Statement of Reasons, The DWP will also receive a copy, so they will be aware that you are considering appealing to The UT.
