I have moved your post to it's own Topic. Please try not to tag your questions onto other members posts, especially when they have no relation to the topic being discussed.
Only you can make a Decision on whether to appeal or not, but to clarify, question 1 is not a walking test, but rather tests a claimants ability to mobilise. In addition to walking, it looks at your ability to propel a manual wheelchair over an equivalent distance.
So to meet the Support Group requirements, you would need to show that you cannot walk 50m or propel a manual wheelchair 50m, without significant discomfort and exhaustion or be able to repeatedly do so.
The use of the wheelchair must be reasonable, so if you cannot propel the wheelchair for some reason, or your use of a wheelchair is not reasonable then it should be excluded.
In terms of an appeal, please have a look at our ESA Appeal guide.
