after the tribunal decided I the dwp was wrong and gave me back my benefits after 5 month's . I expected it to be confirming the tribunal decision and all be cleared up ?
instead it read more information ?
1 , have you been in prison
2 , have you been in hospital or a residential home
3 , have you been abroad for 4 weeks in the lasy 3 years
4 , have you changed your bank detail's
these where all answered in the countless letters and questions in the previous months
don't see why ?
would I be wrong to think they are just me suffer a little bit longer ??

This letter is sent out once the DWP have accepted the Tribunal Decision, I can't explain why it has been send if all this information has been supplied before, it may just be an item on a procedure list.
You do need to fill it in and return it.

I'm afraid that the criteria for ESA and PIP are sufficiently different that an award for one would not necessarily result in an award for the other.
You will have to go through the MR/Appeal process again.
As to the JSA, as you have been found Fit for Work the only replacement benefit you can claim at this time is JSA. If your GP is prepared to provide a Fit Note then once your JSA claim has been accepted you can present the Fit Note and be excused any Job Search requirement for up to 13 weeks.
If the MR leaves the Decision unchanged and you appeal, then you can request to be moved over to the ESA Assessment rate. As you have an award of PIP Daily Living you would be entitled to the Disability Premium with JSA, this is not payable with ESA so if you can manage it you would receive more on JSA, obviously this is up to you.

I was told I must be actively looking for work and fit to work or I wont be able to sign on ?
I asked if a fit note would be ok she said no
my wife who helps me also needs to sign on
I told her I was in the process of a m reconsideration she said didn't matter
