will get appointment and ask for a letter as she had sent me to physio for my arms but it didnt help much and knows how much pain i am in everyday .just hope she writes a letter for me will keep you updated many thanks.

hi just thought i would update my son phoned maximus today about my medical to ask if they had disabled toilets and a taxi for me and when he was on the phone they said new information had reached them yesterday and my medical had been cancelled . then they told him to phone a number and somebody from the jobcentre plus phoned spoke mostly to my son as i cant cope speaking to people the women was very nice and said they had received new information about my conditions well i have mental health and neuropathys and been ill for years now, my mental health worker and my consultants 3 of them had given lots of information to them months ago i wonder if its because i went for my pip insept and got my result back end of oct both on enhanced , my son asked could they send a letter confirming this and when he was on the phone he said i was being kept on support group thank goodness been so stressful i hope its for a while my son said the woman on the phone said i was not to worry and would be on this for a couple of years well lets hope so .just wish it hadnt taken so long , is this happened to other people.

You need for it to be confirmed in writing but a tentative congratulations.
It doesn't happen very often but if the they receive new evidence they can go straight to a Decision.

got a letter this morning from maximus saying no need for a medical. so lets hope wont be long till my esa award letter comes soon .but many thanks for your help

I would have expected you to have received a Decision Letter by now, I'm afraid you will have to chase the DWP.
Your son can request a copy of the assessment report it's called an ESA85A.
