I am happy that my tribunal will be held in my home town, that is a huge worry off my mind for me. Will I be able to take a witness and will he be able to speak as well as me please?

Yes you can and they will be able to speak but it will be at the discretion of the Judge, I would expect them to be asked at the end of the hearing.

The HMCTS sent me a letter on 5th April saying they'd received my appeal and that they will make arrangements for my appeal to be heard.
They state on that letter that they have asked the DWP to prepare a written response to my appeal. All this I knew because of B & W, my question is, the 28 days for DWP to respond is up so how soon now until I hear something from the HMCTS please.

Has this scenario ever happened (still no bundle today so Monday I will chase it up) that the DWP fail to respond to a tribunal appeal? And if so what would happen. (One can only hope).
