Give it a couple of days it can sometimes take a day or two for the Royal Mail system to register that a letter has been signed for, but if it is not showing as delivered on Friday then give the DWP a call.

You do, but not until it's actually been written which it won't be at the end of the assessment and secondly the request has to be made to the DWP, not the Assessment Provider.
For PIP the DWP are releasing the report as soon as they have it, although we have seen some offices refusing to do so until the Decision is made.
For ESA, the report will not be released until the Decision has been notified.
