TOPIC: Pip ftf

Pip ftf 2 weeks 4 hours ago #189032

Sorry but I've had to start new topic as I'm still unable to access my previous posts could I just have your opinion regarding my claim I had an AR1 form to complete by 5/2/17 then after 1 no show and 1 cancellation I had my ftf at home on the 20th April on my form I put there was a change in my mobility since last November it was before this but was worried if I had put before this date they would have said I should have contacted them for change of circumstances any way I was asked by the assessor the same thing so I told him November so they new when I said the change had occurred so today I had a call from DWP which I didn't answer so my son rang them for me explained I don't answer the phone (only to family)due to mental health issues the lady said OK could she get the information they required from him he said yes she said my claim was with the DM but needed to know when the change occurred to which he said November and also said this was on the form and the assessor was told she said that that was fine and I meet the criteria for change of circumstances and she mentioned 3 months ? Then asked what had changed my son said my mobility she then said again that I meet the criteria and said she was sending an email to the DM whilst he was on the phone so any advice what this means would be much appreciated thanks in advance

So fed up

Can you explain what problems you ate having with your previous posts, I am seeing 5 posts for the last month and 36 for the last year!

I'm afraid I don't know why there have been so many question over when your Mobility changed, as I said in a previous post, there is a minimum requirement that you have suffered from the problems for three months so it could be connected to this, but if you are saying November then this should not be an issue.

As the review was initiated by the DWP, I would not expect them to be looking at backdating any new award.

Yes seriously I didn't get a reply from my post that's why I asked could I have your opinion which I only posted once but on the forum it looks like I sent it twice (which I didn't) and I don't know what the problem is with my previous posts I'm clicking on my user name but its not showing my previous posts sorry if I've upset you but it was not my intention to do so
