I've got my appointment for a WFI at the JC+ later this week, thought I might have lucked out & not got one but I guess it's all automated. I'm waiting on hearing back from my MR which is getting on for 2 wks now, how long do those take?

Is there any way I can delay the WFI until I've had that? Or is it at all possible to have WFI over the phone? I'm scared I'll be sanctioned because of my illness preventing me from attending :(

I've read that the JC+ and work coach will have no info on my condition & claim so trying to get them to understand what's wrong with me is important as this will shape the WFI & what I'm expected to do right?

As someone who's been moved from SG to WRAG would I be expected to take part in the Health and Work Conversation (HWC)? Just wondering if I technically class as a new claimant or not.

Thanks for any help/advice.

Contact the JC+ advisor, they are required to take the limitations that result from your conditions into account when allocating Work Related Activity, this includes holding WFIs over the phone.

I would not expect you to have a HWC as you are not a new ESA claimant.
