Sue

Most certainly take all of the papers.

There is no dress code, but smarter is better than rough UNLESS you have problems in this area in which case you should not do anything that you would not normally do if at home.

You can have someone with you, they can simply be an observer and hand squeezer as required or they can provide evidence of your problems to the panel.

Sorry, but have been re reading through all the stuff the tribunal sent me, and what the medical professional wrote. She refers to MH or FH which i believe is medical history or former history, but have not had nothing. Is that something I should bring up at the tribunal, even if they used medical stuff from ESA medicals??

Tribunals do not operate like you might see a court on the TV, there is no presentation of the for and against cases, rather the panel will ask the claimant and the witnesses question to allow them to understand the claimants limitations.

You will get a chance at the hearing to cover anything you think that is important, so make a list of these things and this could include the issue you raise above and bring any outstanding points to the panel's attention when they offer you the chance to speak.
