The big problem with asking to be reassessed is that your last assessment was likely only 4-6 weeks ago so there is overlap with your current situation.
For PIP to take account of your current limitations they must have existed for at least three months, so even if they continued to deteriorate after the assessment, you have the situation that they either have not existed for the three months and so cannot be taken into account at this time, or, at least in part they were considered as part of your assessment and you still did not score the points!
You also need to be aware that a deterioration does not always correlate with a claimant scoring more points, so you need to confirm that this is likely to be the result. You don't mention what your Physiotherapist is saying now that they have not said before, but having a stair lift fitted is unlikely to be of assistance as PIP does not look at the claimants ability to go up and down stairs.

I submitted my PIP application at the end of MAY and then from June on wards my MS has gotten a lot worse and mainly to do with my mobility. At the time of submitting the form I didn't have any input from my Physiotherapist or the Occupational people. I also wasn't on the added pain killers I now take, which cause me serious side effects. It was the Citizens advice people who advised me to ask for a review because a lot has happened since I put the original PIP application in. When i originally applied for PIP I didn't know this Benefits and Guide site existed and so my application was probably not very good, even though the CAB helped me fill it in. The Physio I now see has said she is willing to back me up in saying that I now drag my left foot, which causes me to trip and fall. She is also willing to say how my fatigue affects me as well. As I have already spoken to the DWP about a review I'm afraid I'm going to have to go through with it. I was also not aware that I could get my sister and friend who help look after me to write reports when I first put my application in but now I'm going to get them to put a report in fro me. I have also submitted a Mandatory reconsideration request and after speaking with the CAB today they say these are rarely successful so not holding out much hop for this.
As part of my MS is also forgetting things there is a lot of stuff that I didn't put on my form or mention to the Assessor so will include it on review form.

You will need to be very clear about when the changes occurred, as I said, there is a danger that the DWP will take at least part of the time as being under the previous Decision.
Remember, you will only receive a Mobility award by showing that you meet the criteria for one so for example; you will only meet the Mobility criteria by showing that your dragging your foot limits the distance that you can reliably walk.
