Thank you for the update.
I'm aware of the RightsNet conversation but as some of their members pointed out, we have seen DM's change the points recommended by the assessor on a number of claims, I'm not suggesting that a lot of DM's don't just follow the assessor's recommendation, so any instruction to do so is not being enforced.
