Where is the schedule for limited capability ???

Hi All
i'am in the process of appealing my decision for my ESA
Where can i find the official schedule of the " assessment of whether a claimant has limited capability for work"
Please help on this as the wording and distances of mobilization is very important for my case.

Go to the Guide for ESA claims; Physical Health - a Guide to work capability Assessment.

In there is a guide to 'How to explain problems with moving around and using steps,' and 'problems with standing/sitting etc.'
