ESA SUPPORT Group Time limits?

Hello
Seems ironic that after my wife refused PIP she had to attend an "Interview" for ESA which was cancelled without us knowing? (Post already done for this). However, On Friday 30/04/2016 (Bank Holiday W/End) she received a letter telling her how much she will be receiving the Benefit for and that it would end in

Thinking new Rules had been passed, my wife worried all over the w/end before we contacted Wolverhampton who told us it was a "Mistake" & the Support Group does NOT have time limits on them?
Just how many "MISTAKES" do they make? Either they are not trained properly, or, they are deliberately adding this?
Again , I have taken this up with our M.P. & am awaiting a reply from S .Crabb M.P.

All ESA awards, unlike DLA/PIP, are indefinite - although subject to periodic review. The date for reassessment is entered on the computer records but not routinely communicated to the claimant unless they ask for it.

The DWP call centre workers are generally poorly trained. However, rather than saying 'I don't know' they tend to say what they think might be the case - hence claimants are frequently given false and misleading information!
