alison,
You have nothing to lose by sending it in as soon as possible, you should also give the DWP a ring to say that you are doing this. It may be to late and a Decision has been made, but there are delays in the PIP process, so it also might not be.

ive been reading up on appeal process for pip,,. what i wanted to ask was becuase of my agraphobia and. anxiety disorder if the MR comes back i wasnt succsefull and will hae to appeal , could anone give me advice on wether a oral appeal or a written appeal would be more favourable in my favour because of the issues i have with being able to get out ,, just worried if i opt for a oral appeal will they just look at the fact ive managed to get there for the appeal so proves i can get out ,, bit confused realy as to which would help my case best,,.
thanks for any advice in advance,.

alison,
Only you can make the decision as to which type of appeal to pursue.
Statistically, the success rate for an Oral hearing that you attend is a lot higher than that for a Paper hearing that you do not.
If you attend and you are hoping to score points for activities which would expect your ability to do this to be limited, then it may count against you if you cannot adequately explain how you have managed it. It will really depend on your conditions and how they affect you.
You can switch from one type of appeal to the other if you change your mind, as long as you notify the Tribunal Service in advance of the hearing.
