Pip new form

Hi do you have any information on how to fill out new pip review form? It looks a lot easier but am sceptical about completing it without your very helpful guides

I'm afraid we don't yet have a guide to completing this new form.

We have one member who has seen the process through from start to finish. They marked 'no change' for each section and their award was extended.
