DLA stopped, need to report it to anyone?

So going back to my original post....
i need to write and send 3 letters saying dla stopped on date x, to
1. esa people: job centre?
2. Council tax department
3. Housing benefit: Council

I have asked for mandatory reconsideration and will appeal if need be, but generally too unwell to even deal with PIP process properly at present.
