ESA and PIP claims

I have just been recently awarded ESA support group, I also had the face to face medical assessment, very stressful, My question is, If I claim PIP will I have to go through the medical assessment again?

I'm afraid the criteria for ESA and PIP are too different to assume that you will not be asked to a new face to face when applying for PIP.
