Using notes during F2F

Hello, do you know if its ok to have a list of reminder/prompt notes for each question me to look at during the home F2F please? I do have memory problems and my conditions are complex, or will they take a dim view of me using any sort of prompt notes during the session?

I only ask as I've just noticed on the points scores for my old F2F they've missed things off, more likely because I forgot to mention them!

It's fine to do this, but you should explain why you need to refer to the list to the assessor.
