ESA MR help

Hi all,

Quick question please, I am about to start a MR following the outcome of being awarded 0 points. I have been looking through the members guides and can see the initial opening question requesting a MR, my question is what sample letters should I base it on with pointing them to each area they have not allowed as they all look mainly for the appeal stage.
