All PIP claims are going to be looked at again by the DWP due to the changes but with some 1.6m claims to be checked this is not going to be a quick fix.

Hi, Gorden, My wife mental health was completely dismissed on her claim even though she did have proof of illness and she was taking medication, Do you think people will be notified when there claims are looked at again

I'm afraid we do not know, the DWP have released virtually no information about how they are going to approach to issue.

Will my wife case be reviewed , her assessment was November 2016 and award was made early December 2016 , I said at the time my wife’s mental illness was totally dismissed even though she was taking medication and had a diagnosis of a mental illness ,
