PIP APPEAL

I have just received the date for my 19 year daughter’s PIP appeal (12 June) but have not received paper ‘bundle’ from DWP. I am very concerned. DWP to date has not responded to tribunal and I am worried we don’t have the full facts. The DWP could turn up on the day with all our argument but we will not have had sight of theirs. This is unfair. Also my daughter has learning difficulties and my husband is her representative will she have to speak at all? Help!

Contact the Tribunal Service immediately, I would also consider asking for an adjournment on the basis that you will not have time to seek representation and to prepare for the hearing.
