The NHS Bladder and Bowel service provide me with free pads and I get a delivery of 3 months worth at a time. when near to finishing supply I just call the number and get new lot sent. they do it through an app as well but Im rubbish at keeping hold of paperwork so can never find my activation number! I was assessed by the district nurses incontinence team and don't have GP input regarding them, so there are different ways of receiving them
