Tribunal Recommendations

I won my appeal from wrag to support group in august and the tribunal recommended that the dwp does not reassess within 36 months, however before the tribunal was heard I got a new ESA50 form and now I have an appointment for a new face to face in two weeks time. Is there any way of stopping this new cycle of assessment/appeal before it starts again as I have already done it twice? I got 15 points from activity 16 - social engagement.

I'm afraid the DWP are entitled to reassess an ESA claimant at any time after three months have elapsed since the last Decision, this review is in regard to your WRAG award and not the appeal.
