About two-thirds of the way down this press release is a hidden note about enhanced PIP awards extended for ten years with a light touch review.

Why is this being kept quiet?
Has anyone heard about this?

How about a light touch of non repeating of WCA's for 10 years. Now that would be nice wouldn't it.
