Hi i filled in my esa 50 in october , and they sent me out a appt for medical which was then cancelled as my doctor surgery sent in info and a letter to ask for a home visit. So i didnt hear anything , then start of nov i recieved another face to face appointment. i called up HAAS and they put me through to another depertamnt , i was told by the women she didnt agree with the decision regarding a f2f and would get her manager to look at it . I was then sent out another letter mid novemeber about appt for f2f and another letter cancelling it. fast forward till today 13th december and i have not heard anything since and im worried. Do you think that means i will now get my home visit as 1 month has lapsed since i last heard from them many thanks
I know that HAAS don't have a lot of assessors able to do a home visit so this could be the reason for the delay.
As long as you are still receiving your ESA and your anxiety is OK then I would leave it for HAAS to sort it out, your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made.
