Entitlement to Information

I received a letter today from the DWP confirming that I have been placed (again) in the Support Group following a F2F WCA back in January. My question is quite simply this. I believe that I should be entitled to ask and to receive a copy of both the HCA's report and the DM's report. Neither will be very long as the assessment lasted all of eleven minutes. Is this correct. Thank you in anticipation for confirming that this is indeed something that I am entitled to receive for my records.

Yes, you can ask for a copy of the assessment report (ESA85) now that the Decision has been made.

There may not be a DM report buy try asking for the LT54 if it exists.
