As someone with multiple complex disabilities and each one having a varying degree of affect on the descriptors on daily living and mobility.

I wanted to know if would be acceptable to firstly list individually the specific health conditions that have an affect with each descriptors and then go on to explain in detail how these conditions have an impact with the stated descriptors?

Would DWP accept this or am I required to only give a detailed explanation of how I am affected by each descriptor with my disability in general.

Can you please advice?

Hi Hari

There are no rules about how you fill the form in regarding the style, but be aware you want to make it as easy as possible for the person who is reading it. They will accept the way you want to do it. Try to avoid being too lengthy.
