Hello One and All,
My decision letter arrived today for PIP. Awarded 11 points for Care and 10 points for mobility so Standard for both. I think I should have got Enhanced for Daily living so not sure whether to ask for MR. Obviously I don't want to risk what I already have as my DLA was Middle Care and High Mobility. It is just the inaccuracies and fabrication the HP report shows after phone assessment that infuriates me.
After writing letter correcting the inaccuracies and also asking for them to consider a 'light touch' review instead of the HP's suggestion of 3 year review, the decision maker has at least taken into consideration this request as it is an ongoing award and no review before April 2030 but no changes on the corrections I made.

Hi Furry

Only you can decide whether to go after an MR. Have a look at our guide to see whether you want to go through with it. You are obviously only one point away for the care for an enhanced award.

It is good that you managed to get the suggested award date changed to 'ongoing' by the decision-maker.
