Haven't received PIP renewal was created by Helen
Hello,

My PIP award ends at the end of March 2021 but i haven't received anything regarding reapplying, etc. Do i just wait for them to contact me?

I also have a speech disability (acquired since applying) so I can't call them, and im also worried if i they do the assessment over the phone because of this..

Hi Helen

Claimants normally receive renewal forms now about six months before the end of their awards. I would wait and see. At this point there's no need to be concerned.

Hi IDS

'Ongoing' means for a period of ten years.

Hi Michael

I would have thought you should have received a review/letter by now, did you win your PIP at a tribunal?

I would contact PIP and find out what is happening. The best time to contact DWP is first thing in the morning, the waiting time is usually not as long.
