A164 (10/99) form sent to me?

I've just received a form A164 (10/99) asking me to "provide a breakdown of your income and expenditure for the last tax year?" . . . Can anyone shed any light on what this might be about? Do they think I am working? . . . I am on IR ESA . . . I was recently awarded a CICA (Criminal Injuries Compensation) of around £20,000 . . . I was told in the last tax year I would be awarded this. However, the money did not arrive in my account until this current tax year . . . I have also already written to inform the DWP that I have already placed the money into a Personal Injury Trust (even though I have a 52-week grace period.) . . . Hope someone can help? Thanks

The form is simply to detail what information is required and for you to attest that the information you are providing is complete and accurate.

It is almost certainly connected to the CICA payment, all you can do is provide the information requested.
