Hi
My PIP expires on the 10th January 2021 but I qualify for my State Pension the month before in December. I haven't received any letter from the Government and I've tried phoning for one month just can't get through to someone.
My question is am I still able to get PIP and if so how do I renew. Or will they extend PIP because of Covid 19.
My daughter's PIP is up for renewal and they're just extended it for another 6 months because of Covid 19.

Hi Noel

You will still qualify for PIP after you reach state pension age if you have an award in place. I would keep ringing (as frustrating as it is) and ask if you are being sent a renewal form or being given an extension. I would expect you to have heard by now. Don't leave it.
